The total cost of your order is the price of goods and card processing with seperate delivery charge in the checkout area.

Payment methods
We are striving to offer our customers as many different payment methods as possible.  Our current list of payment methods include the very popular Google Checkout, Paypal and cheque.  We will soon have Sage pay as another method of payment which will enable us to take direct payments drom credit cards and debit cards online and over the phone.  If you have any problems or queries about payment methods please contact us.

For items less than 1kg in weight we will dispatch these via 1st class recorded delivery by royal mail (1 to 3 days Delivery time),
If your order is over 1kg in weight (supplements etc), it will be dispatched by courier and will be with you within 2/3days. Please note, occasionally couriers can fail to collect items that may delay the delivery time, sadly there is nothing we can currently do about this. Bank holidays also cause interference to delivery times.
if your order is below the value of £59 your order will incur a shipping charge unless you make the basket value over £59 which would give you free delivery, The standard shipping costs which we are charged to send out your items on a reliable and secure service are available in the shopping cart area:

If you require an item to be sent outside of the uk or to the Scottish Highlands please e-mail us or ring us in order to be obtain a quote.


Returns

If you would like to return an item for any reason other than it being faulty, please send it back to us by recorded delivery as this ensures it gets back to us safely, once received we can refund the item price minus the original postage costs.
If an item you receive is faulty or the wrong item we will pay the return postage costs and send out the correct items or give you a full refund including original postage costs. Occasionally information can be delayed at the depot which can set back the shipping of an item, if this occurs we apologies but there is very little we can do after we book a shipment in with the courier service.
