Shipping Policy

NOTE: Peak Sports Nutrition only ships orders within the 50 states, APO/FPO military addresses, as well as major offshore territories. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, or other destinations outside the United States.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All packages will be charged a flat rate of $5.99 for shipping via UPS Ground. With 4 shipping warehouses across the country, we can deliver to most areas within 2 business days via UPS Ground shipping. We do not offer express shipping methods via our website (except for Alaska and Hawaii). If you would still like to ship your order with 1 or 2 day guaranteed service, please call us and we will be happy to do so - although this option is often very expensive.

Alaska and Hawaii
UPS 2-day Air must be selected for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charge will be determined by weight.

APO/FPO Addresses
APO and FPO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority, and will be charged a flat rate of $9.99. These packages usually arrive within 3 - 5 business days. Be sure to select your state as either AA (Armed Forces America), AE (Armed Forces Europe), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific). Your city should be either APO or FPO. Your country should be selected as the United States for all APO/FPO addresses. If you do not enter in these values, your credit card may be declined due to a mismatching address.

P.O. Box Addresses
Orders with a shipping address to P.O. boxes will not be fulfilled.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 1:00 P.M. EDT will ship same day. Orders placed after this time will ship out the following morning.

How long will shipping take?
With 4 shipping warehouses located in California, Texas, North Carolina, and Ohio we can deliver to most areas within 2 business days via UPS Ground. However, we cannot guarantee that, and occasionally shipments will take an extra 1 - 2 days.

Shipping Errors
Although shipping errors are a rare occasion, mistakes can be made. If one or more products are missing from your order, or if you have received the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible. Do not open any mis-shipped product, or you will not be able to return it. Send us the mis-shipped product, and we will ship you the correct one.
