How do I place an order? Placing an order is easy. You can browse products by category, manufacturer, or you can search for a specific product. For each product you would like to order, you simply choose the quantity, flavor (if applicable), and click 'Add to Cart'. You can add as many products to the cart as you want. Once you are satisfied, you checkout by click 'Proceed to Secure Checkout' from your cart. You will then be prompted to either login (for customer who have already created an account) or submit your personal, billing, and shipping information. You are not required to create an account, but may choose to do so during this step. After you submit your information, you will be prompted to enter in your credit card information. Once you submit this information, we will rush to fulfill your order! What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Is your website secure? Yes, our site is very secure. We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology in order to protect your sensitive information. With 128-bit encryption, your data is safe with us. This is the same type of encryption banks use in their own online applications - and means your personal, shipping, billing, and credit card is encrypted before being sent anywhere. Our dedicated server also has various security measures to ensure the safety, privacy, and security of our customers as well as ourselves. Will my credit card number be safe? Peak Sports Nutrition does not guarantee the safety or effectiveness of products. Product descriptions are merely a copy of descriptions provided by the manufacturer, nor are we qualified to give such advice. Please check with your doctor before taking any product you are unsure about. Return Policy All drink sales are final, due to the heavy weight and shipping costs. No returns will be accepted for drinks. Returns are also no accepted for bulk powders and nutrition bars. For all other products, you must call Peak Sports Nutrition for a return authorization. After a customer service representative approves your return, you must send the product back in unopened and perfect condition. If your return is not authorized, you will not receive credit. All returns are charged a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 30 days from time of order. Backorder In the event that one or more products from your order are not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible via e-mail or phone. The rest of your order will be shipped, and we will ship you the rest of your order as soon as possible. Reasons for this are most likely a product is on backorder from the manufacturer.
